Since 1967, Raimo Vincenzo Dairy & Brothers has been bringing the authentic flavour of a generations-old artisan tradition to Campanian tables.

We are a family-run dairy that processes fresh milk every day using the same time-honoured method: only selected milk, natural rennet and salt. From these three simple ingredients come our mozzarella, smoked provola, fior di ricotta and all the typical dairy products of the Campanian tradition, hand-crafted by our cheesemakers with passion and rigour.

Our milk comes exclusively from local livestock farms, all duly authorised and certified by the ASL of the Campania Region. Because for us, quality is not a promise — it is the starting point.
